My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful and engaging and I create a comfortable, safe environment for exploring challenging and vulnerable subject matters. I’m passionate about helping people learn to make their own life enhancing changes in alignment with their values to build or re-build a life that is more fulfilling. I am an enthusiastic proponent of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and make these effective, evidence-based techniques approachable.
