Felicia Andrews Therapy
Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in treatment before, you’re in the right place. My hope is to help you feel more connected, more free, and more like yourself—whatever that might mean for you right now.
Even when life looks “fine” on the outside, it can feel really hard. And when you’re stuck or in pain, it can feel unbearable. Therapy offers a path toward meaningful change—and I believe you deserve support that actually helps you feel better and more at peace.
My style is warm, thoughtful and active. I work hard to create a space where you can talk about the hard stuff without fear of judgment. If you’re curious about therapy, it probably means something in you is ready for a change, even if you’re not quite sure what that looks like yet. That’s where I come in: helping you make thoughtful changes that reflect what matters most to you, so life feels more meaningful, and more like yours.
I use evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I focus on making these tools approachable, practical and tailored to your needs.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Effectively treat a range of problems by replacing unhelpful thinking patterns with more realistic and balanced thoughts as well as changing behavioral habits.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Master emotions and build resilience by focusing on developing interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, mindfulness and distress tolerance skills.
Maternal Mental Health (preconception through postpartum + beyond)
Help navigating the complexity of pregnancy and motherhood to feel more balanced and present.
Be in the know.
