Who Is This Group For?

Pathways to Parenthood is designed for women navigating the emotional challenges of trying to conceive and building a family.

A future group may be appropriate for women experiencing:

  • Difficulty conceiving a first child (primary infertility)

  • Difficulty conceiving after previously having a child (secondary infertility)

  • Fertility treatments, including IUI and IVF

  • Recurrent pregnancy loss

  • Genetic considerations that affect reproductive decisions, including IVF with genetic testing

  • Fertility preservation or other challenges related to family-building

Because fertility experiences can be deeply personal and emotionally sensitive, careful consideration will be given to group composition. Depending on interest and participants' circumstances, separate groups may be offered for those navigating primary infertility, secondary infertility, pregnancy loss, or other family-building experiences.

You do not need a formal infertility diagnosis to express interest.

This group is not currently running. If you're interested in a future group, you're welcome to join the interest list. Sharing your interests will help guide the development of future offerings.

Individual Therapy for Fertility & Family-Building Challenges

If you're looking for support now, individual therapy is also available.

Navigating infertility, fertility treatments, pregnancy loss, or uncertainty about your path to parenthood can be emotionally exhausting. Whether you're managing anxiety, grief, disappointment, relationship stress, or the challenges of living with so much uncertainty, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I offer individual therapy for women throughout California, providing a supportive space to process your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and feel more grounded as you move through your family-building journey.

Interested in individual support? I'd be happy to connect and explore how therapy might help.
