Men’s Group
Connection, Support & Practical Skills for Navigating Life
Men aren't always given much space to talk about what's really going on. Between work, relationships, family responsibilities, and expectations about how they're supposed to handle things, it can feel easier to keep pushing through than to ask for support.
This proposed virtual men's group would offer a welcoming space to connect with others, have honest conversations, and learn practical, evidence-based skills for managing life's challenges.
This group is not currently running. Future virtual sessions may be offered to participants in California and Illinois. You're welcome to join the Group Interest List to hear about future opportunities.
What We'll Explore
The group would combine supportive conversation, shared experiences, and practical skill-building. Topics may include:
Managing stress, anxiety, anger, and other difficult emotions
Navigating relationships, conflict, and communication
Balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities
Coping with self-doubt, shame, and expectations to handle everything alone
Adjusting to life transitions, including career changes and fatherhood
Building healthier habits and managing emotional overwhelm
Exploring identity, personal values, and what gives life meaning
Topics may also be shaped by the experiences and interests of group members.
A Space for Real Conversations
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from support. And you don't have to have everything figured out before talking about what's difficult.
The hope for this group is to create a space where men can step out of autopilot, connect with others, and develop skills for navigating challenges more effectively.
No pressure to have the right words or share more than you're comfortable with. Just an opportunity for meaningful conversation, connection, and growth.
