Fatherhood is a major transition—exciting, exhausting, and full of unknowns.

Your identity shifts, relationships change, and sleep? Let’s just say it’s not what it used to be. But while babies get checkups and moms get support, dads often get left out of the conversation.

This group is for dads who want a space to talk, listen, and figure things out together—with a therapist who understands. No pressure, no expectations, just a place to sort through the changes, manage stress, and show up the way you want to.

Drop in and see how it feels. You don’t have to do this alone.
