Fatherhood is a major transition—exciting, exhausting, meaningful, and full of unknowns. Your identity shifts, relationships change, and sleep? Let's just say it's probably not what it used to be.
While babies get checkups and mothers are often encouraged to seek support, dads can get left out of the conversation.
Fatherhood Group is designed to give dads a place to talk openly, connect with other fathers, and learn practical skills for navigating the challenges of parenting, relationships, and everyday life.
No pressure to have everything figured out. Just an opportunity to show up, share experiences, and find support.
What We'll Explore
This group combines supportive conversation with practical, evidence-based skills. Topics may include:
Adjusting to fatherhood and changes in identity
Managing stress, frustration, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Navigating changes in relationships and communication
Balancing parenting, work, and personal needs
Building confidence and connection as a parent
Developing emotional regulation and coping skills
Making room for your own well-being while caring for your family
Discussions may also be shaped by the experiences and interests of group members.
A Space for Dads
Becoming a father can change just about everything, and sometimes it's hard to know where to talk about those changes.
Maybe you're trying to be more present with your children, communicate better with your partner, manage stress, or simply make sense of this new chapter.
You don't have to be struggling or in crisis to benefit from support.
This group is intended to offer a welcoming environment where fathers can connect, gain perspective, and learn skills they can use in real life.
You don't have to navigate fatherhood alone.
