Nurturing Motherhood
In-Person Maternal Wellness Group
Education, Skills & Support
Interested in a future group? Nurturing Motherhood is not currently running, but future in-person groups may be offered in the Los Angeles area, depending on interest. Join the interest list to hear about upcoming opportunities. There's no commitment required.
Motherhood can be joyful, exhausting, overwhelming, and everything in between. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from support, connection, and a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing.
Nurturing Motherhood brings together local mothers to connect with others navigating similar experiences while learning practical, evidence-based skills for managing emotions, strengthening relationships, and caring for themselves alongside their families.
What We'll Explore
This group combines education, practical skills, and supportive discussion. Topics may include:
Navigating difficult emotions, including anxiety, anger, guilt, and sadness
Managing stress and emotional overwhelm
Strengthening communication and relationships
Practicing self-compassion and adjusting unrealistic expectations
Building healthier habits and making room for your own needs
Finding connection and support through the challenges of motherhood
A Space for Real-Life Motherhood
Moms are people, too. You're allowed to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. You can love your children deeply and still find motherhood difficult.
This group is designed to help you feel less alone, learn skills you can actually use, and reconnect with yourself along the way.
Whether you're navigating the early postpartum months or adjusting to the ongoing demands of motherhood, you deserve support, too.
