Toddler Moms: Support + Skills Group

A Virtual Group for Moms Navigating the Toddler Years

Minimalist line drawing of a mother with her toddler against a soft green and blue watercolor flower-shaped background.

Parenting a toddler can be wonderful, exhausting, hilarious, and overwhelming—sometimes all in the same afternoon.

This group is not currently running, but I'm gathering interest for a future offering. If you're looking for connection with other moms and practical strategies for navigating the toddler years, I'd love to hear from you.

Support for Your Child—and for You

Tantrums, big emotions, boundary testing, and the endless demands of parenting can leave even the most patient moms feeling frustrated or depleted.

And while so much attention goes toward helping toddlers manage their emotions, parents need support, too.

This group is designed to offer both: practical, evidence-based parenting strategies and a supportive space to talk about the emotional experience of motherhood.

What We'll Explore

The group would combine parenting education, practical skills, and supportive conversation. Topics may include:

  • Understanding toddler behavior and responding to tantrums

  • Setting boundaries while maintaining connection

  • Managing your own frustration, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Building emotion regulation and coping skills

  • Navigating parenting differences and relationship challenges

  • Balancing your child's needs with your own well-being

  • Letting go of unrealistic parenting expectations and practicing self-compassion

Topics may also be shaped by the interests and experiences of group members.

Interested in Joining?

Future sessions would be held virtually for mothers throughout California. Scheduling and other details will be determined based on interest.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, you're welcome to join the interest list. There's no commitment—just an opportunity to help shape a future group.
