Women's Group
Connection, Support & Practical Skills for Navigating Life
Life can be complicated. Between relationships, work, family responsibilities, personal expectations, and everything else competing for your attention, it's easy to feel overwhelmed—or like you're the only one struggling.
This proposed virtual women's group would offer a space to connect with others, talk openly about life's challenges, and learn practical, evidence-based skills for navigating them.
This group is not currently running. Future virtual sessions may be offered to participants in California and Illinois. If you're interested, you're welcome to join the Group Interest List.
What We'll Explore
This group would combine supportive conversation, shared experiences, and practical skill-building. Topics may include:
Managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Navigating relationships, boundaries, and communication
Balancing responsibilities while making room for your own needs
Working through perfectionism, self-criticism, and unrealistic expectations
Coping with life transitions and uncertainty
Building self-compassion and emotional resilience
Finding connection, confidence, and a stronger sense of self
Topics may also be shaped by the interests and experiences of group members.
A Space to Show Up as You Are
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from support. Sometimes you just want a place where you can be honest about what's happening in your life without feeling like you need to have everything figured out.
The hope for this group is to create a welcoming environment where women can feel understood, learn from one another, and leave with tools they can actually use.
